COVID19 Announcement

The steady stream of news and information about COVID-19 (coronavirus) has impacted each of us. At Webb Bridge Animal Hospital, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our patients, staff, and community is our number one priority.

As of Monday 5/18 we are happy to say we will be going back to regular office hours but will continue doing all appointments curbside. We are now open for not only for emergencies but also boarding, baths, toenails and surgery again!

For your appointment, you will call us when in the parking lot and someone will come get your pet and bring it inside. We still ask that if you are ill, please stay home and have someone else bring the pet to the clinic.

We will be back to our normal office hours starting Monday 5/18

  • Monday 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:00am - 6:pm
  • Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Sunday - Closed

Your pet will still be receiving the same care during that appointment time, just without you in the exam room. We will examine your pet and contact you by phone to discuss treatment care.

We will take payment over the phone and bring the pet back to you. Our office may be a bit different than before, to ensure the safety of you, our staff and your pets.

  • All cats MUST be in a carrier.
  • We can take credit /debit card payments over the phone.
  • We are utilizing the same curbside care to pick up food or medications.
  • We are allowing clients in the building for euthanasias and emergency care on a case by case basis.

New Policy for Inpatient care:

  • Visits to hospitalized patients will be extremely limited.
  • No personal items can be kept with the pet while hospitalized or boarded , including blankets, toys, collars, leashes, etc.
  • Please clean your carrier, leash, and collar as carefully as possible before arrival with an alcohol-based solution.
  • Please respect the ‘social distancing’ recommendations and maintain a distance of 6 feet from others, and refrain from shaking hands.
  • Lastly, there are a few reports of a human to dog transmission of COVID-19. These reports describe no respiratory symptoms in the dogs.
